Jill J. Johnson, MBA, is President and Founder of Johnson Consulting Services, a Minneapolis-based management consulting firm specializing in strategy development. Her consulting informs important business decisions for clients throughout the United States, as well as in Europe and Asia.

Personal Insights
Jill Johnson is a fourth-generation entrepreneur who grew up in a family-owned business. That experience gave her an early appreciation for the realities of running an organization, making difficult decisions, and thinking about what allows a business to endure.
She lives in Minneapolis with her husband of more than 25 years, her champion Rottweilers, a foster dog and a cat named Dave. Jill speaks German and is an expert genealogist. She is an avid reader of nonfiction, spy novels, and political thrillers. She is also a devoted lover of black coffee.
